My best friend had her wedding here last night, and it was absolutely amazing. I truly cannot say enough great things about the space and the owners! The bridal suite was extremely roomy and had everything we needed and more! The guys had their own space across the street to keep the bride and groom separate. The staircase to the ceremony space makes for an wonderful entrance to the reception, but there is also an elevator close by for those who need it. The tall shelves downstairs create a beautiful and unique decor opportunity that create more space on the floor. I could keep going on and on but you should take a look for yourself because I guarantee you will be impressed! Side note, the owners were there 24/7 to make sure everything was 100% and even had waters and snacks available in most common areas. They’re awesome and so caring!

Seven weeks before our 10/10/2020 wedding, we received the devastating news that we would be forced to cancel our booked wedding venue due to COVID-19. My wife Christina and I were heartbroken. A few days later, my mother in law came across The Grand at 290, which was not yet officially open, and immediately starting making some calls. My wife spoke to Nicole and within an hour was able to come and tour the beautiful space, fell in love instantly and decided to book right then and there. From that point on, Mark and Nicole were there every step of the way, from ensuring the gorgeous groom’s suite was completed in the short time frame they had now been given, to making a last minute run to the store to ensure we would be able to live-stream our big day with our family and friends. We feel so honored to have been the first ever wedding in this spectacular space and would do it a thousand times over. This was the absolute best decision we could have ever made and thank you so much Mark and Nicole for helping us bring our dream wedding to life!
